One of the Inland Empire’s most experienced retail brokers, Albert is a native of the region with over 27 years of experience in retail leasing, investment sales, landlord advisory, and tenant representation throughout Fontana, Moreno Valley, Riverside, Ontario, Highland, Montclair, Redlands, and the High Desert. His practice spans restaurant leasing, anchored shopping center leasing and sales, and freestanding owner/user properties, and covers the full lifecycle of a retail asset, from center rehabilitation and re-tenanting to ground-up development. He represents one of the region’s leading gas station developers and operators, guiding projects from site plan development through construction.
Albert’s lease structuring and landlord advisory work has produced completed transactions with national and regional tenants including Nordstrom Rack, Boot Barn, Sephora, AutoZone, KFC, Texas Roadhouse, Big Lots, IHOP, Burger King, Dutch Bros, and 7-Eleven. Clients rely on his straightforward approach — clear updates on marketing activity, market conditions, and next steps — to move quickly, preserve income streams, and grow their Inland Empire commercial real estate portfolios.
Albert ranks in the top 1% of all Crexi users nationwide and has been recognized by CoStar as a Power Broker award winner. He is a California licensed real estate broker and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of La Verne.
Albert resides in Rialto with his wife and their two dogs. Fluent in Spanish, he spends time outside the office hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors across Southern California.
